Cancellation Policy
At Hair Shop Underground, I am committed to providing an exceptional, seamless experience for every client. To respect my time, your time, and the integrity of my schedule, the following cancellation and no-show policies are in place.
Cancellation Policy
I kindly ask that all cancellations or rescheduling requests be made at least 48 hours in advance of your scheduled appointment. This notice allows me the opportunity to offer the time to another client. Cancellations made with less than 48 hours’ notice will result in the forfeiture of your deposit.
No-Show Policy
A no-show occurs when a client fails to arrive for their scheduled appointment without prior notice or communication. While I understand that unforeseen circumstances can arise, no-shows significantly impact my ability to accommodate other clients. In the event of a no-show, the full service fee will be charged to the card on file.
Deposit Policy
A deposit may be required to secure your appointment, particularly for longer or specialized services. Deposits are non-refundable and will be forfeited in the event of a late cancellation or no-show, serving as compensation for the reserved time.
Late Arrival Policy
Punctuality is essential to maintaining a smooth and elevated experience for all clients. If you arrive late, your service may need to be shortened or adjusted to stay on schedule. A $25 late fee will be applied for every 15 minutes past your scheduled appointment time, beginning at the original start time.
