Cancellation Policy
At Hair Shop underground, we strive to provide the best possible service and experience to all of our clients. To ensure that we can accommodate everyone and maintain a smooth operation, we have implemented the following cancellation and no-show policy:
1. Cancellation Policy:
We kindly request that you provide at least 48 hours notice for any appointment cancellations or rescheduling. This allows us to offer the vacant appointment slot to other clients who may be waiting for an opportunity to visit our salon. Cancellations made with less than 48 hours' notice will result in the forfeiture of your deposit.
2. No-Show Policy:
A no-show occurs when a client fails to arrive for their scheduled appointment without any prior notice or communication. We understand that unforeseen circumstances may arise, but a no-show disrupts our schedule and prevents us from accommodating other clients. In the event of a no-show, the client will be required to pay the full service fee, which will be charged to the credit card on file.
3. Deposit Forfeiture:
To secure your appointment, we may require a deposit, especially for longer or specialized services. In the case of a cancellation or no-show the client's deposit will be forfeited as compensation for the missed appointment.
4. Late Arrival Policy:
We understand that unexpected delays can occur, but we kindly ask that you arrive on time for your scheduled appointment. If you arrive late, please be aware that your service may be modified or shortened to ensure we can accommodate other clients who have appointments following yours. Additionally, a late fee of $25 will be charged for every 15 minutes of delay, starting from the scheduled appointment time.
